How far in advance should I order?
About 3- 4 weeks prior to the event. Depending on availability we will take last minute orders, which may incur a rush fee.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of $100.
When do I need to decide on flavors & fillings?
About 2 weeks prior to date of event.
Pricing?
Pricing is based on the size and decor of the cakes. All of our cakes are custom made, no price is final until all the details are discussed.
Payment methods? Deposit?
We take all payment methods: cash, check, and all types of credit /debit cards. Payment must be made in full to confirm your order. Cakes over $500 may be made in 2 payments (50 percent deposit at the time of ordering, and the remaining balance should be paid 2 weeks prior to the event date).
Delivery and pickup?
Delivery is available upon request, prices are subject to address. Pick up is during our operation hours only. *We do not deliver or offer pickup on Saturdays.*
Shipping to out of state?
We do not ship out of state, however we do make deliveries to the surrounding states.
How can I place an order?
On each cake design page you will find a form which you can fill out with your details and cake desires, we then will get back to you within the next 24- 48 hours to confirm and address further questions you may have. Alternatively, you can schedule a cake consultation with or without a cake tasting (view our Classes & Consultations ----> Consultations page for further details).
Do you sell pre- made cakes / cakes to go?
No, we are a fully custom cake boutique.
